  •  46 inch HD TV and Stereo Sound System (wired to hook up to computer or other devices at the desk).

  • Washer and Dryer in unit

  • Extra large bathtub / shower

  • Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in kitchen

  • Wine rack / granite-topped island in the kitchen

  • Dishes, cooking utensils, and much more. 

Building:

  • 24 hour security guard on first floor

  • Rooftop pool, hot tub, grill dining and lounge areas.  

  • Gym in building.

Price:

  • $1400 / month (utilities and internet service included, parking is extra but available in building or nearby parking lots).

  • One month deposit required.
