Just returned from a run down Redondo Beach.  It is a beautiful day and there is something about running along the shore that is peaceful and invigorating.

Ryan Scheer just sent me the rough cut to the film we shot last month, so I'll be reviewing and making notes for him.  It's always fun to see a film start to take shape.

This afternoon Alli and I are taking a break from our moving-in marathon and going to see WALL-E at the local theatre.  I've been excited about it since seeing the trailer oh so long ago.  I'm optimistic that it will be a nice break from reality.

I cannot believe Michael Phelps won the 100 meter butterfly last night.  I have mixed feelings about him, but what a hoss and what a race.  He's lucky the other guy trims his fingernails.

I shaved my beard this morning and barely recognize my own face.
